All items are made to order and hand cut and stitched by Rachel. Delivery times vary according to how many orders placed but as a guide, please allow between 1-2 weeks for small items such as wallets and pouches and up to 4 weeks for bags. You will receive an email to say your item has been posted. If you are in a rush to receive an item sooner, please contact hello@shrewstudio.co.uk and Rachel will try her best to accommodate you.

UK delivery

Delivery is free on all items within the UK.

Leather goods are sent by Royal Mail Special Delivery or 48hr tracked services. A signature will be required upon delivery to make sure you receive your item(s).

Overseas delivery

Shrew welcomes customers from overseas. Items will be sent via Royal Mail or Parcelforce tracked services and delivery times are generally:

3-7 working days for Europe

5-10 days for the rest of the world.

Prices vary from country to country, please get in touch here for a shipping quote. Overseas customers may be subject to import duties. Please check your country’s fees before ordering to avoid unwanted extra costs; buyers are responsible for all additional customs charges.

Refunds

Shrew hopes you’ll be delighted with your handcrafted leather goods. However, if they do not meet your expectations, please contact Shrew within 7 days to request a refund. Items must be returned within 14 days, unused with tags attached and in original packaging. After receiving and inspecting the goods, we will issue a refund. Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. Please ensure you send via a service which covers the full cost of the item(s). Bespoke orders are not eligible for a refund unless the item is faulty.
